### James Chan CFO

James is a seasoned finance executive with 20+ years of experience spanning public accounting, Fortune 500 corporate finance, and CFO roles at both startups and venture firms. As a fractional CFO, he advises and collaborates with select funds on capital strategy, fund operations, and portfolio support through his CFO practice. Outside of work, James enjoys long walks, exploring local food spots with his wife and kids, and can surprisingly eat ice cream with chopsticks –because sometimes, you improvise.
